CONTROL YOUR ACCOUNT

Account deletion is permanent.

You can start deletion inside the app. This page explains the path, its scope, and the alternative if you can no longer sign in.

Inside the app

    Open Your profile

    Sign in to Facetia with the account you want to delete.

  2. 02
    Go to Danger Zone

    Inside Your profile, select Delete my account and review the warning.

  3. 03
    Type DELETE and confirm

    The action cannot be undone and will sign you out.

Data linked to Facetia

  • Account, profile, and avatar.
  • Conversations, memories, and preferences.
  • Progress, affinity, Moments, and appearances.
  • Push devices and associated active data.

MAY BE RETAINED

Limited records

We may temporarily retain backups or records needed for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, and security obligations. Apple, Google, and RevenueCat apply their own retention periods to purchases and store history.

WITHOUT DELETING YOUR ACCOUNT

You can also delete specific data

In a chat, open its menu and choose to clear the conversation history. In Memories, open a memory and use the delete option. These controls remove that data without closing your account; you can also pause memory from Your profile.

Request help from your account email

Email privacy@facetia.site from the address linked to the account. We will verify ownership before processing the request. Never send passwords or full payment details.
