2.3 Acceptable Use

2.4 Generated Content
Content generated by AI characters:

2.5 Subscriptions and Payments
- Subscriptions automatically renew until you cancel them.
- You can cancel at any time from your device settings.
- No refunds for partial subscription periods.

- In-app purchases are final.

All Facetia content (characters, art, text, code) is the property of Facetia or its licensors. You do not have the right to:
- Copy, modify, or distribute our content.

- Your use harms other users or the service.

Facetia is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by applicable law.

We may modify these terms. We will notify you of important changes at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
