No. All Facetia characters are 100% original and fictional, created with original illustrated art. They do not represent nor are based on real people.

Download the app from App Store or Google Play, open it, and follow the registration instructions. You can register with your email or use Sign in with Apple/Google.

Yes. The Free plan allows you to access 1 character with daily limits. It's perfect for trying the experience before subscribing.

Subscriptions are managed through your app store. On iOS: Settings → Your name → Subscriptions. On Android: Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions.

Refunds are managed by Apple or Google according to their policies. Contact your app store support to request a refund.

Your account and progress are synced in the cloud. Just sign in with the same account on your new device. Active subscriptions will also be restored automatically.

Currently we have 4 unique characters: Elena Voss (scientist), Kaori (warrior), Nyx (muse), and Orion (strategist). We add new characters regularly.

Facets are personality modes you can unlock for each character. For example, a character can have a 'sarcastic' or 'creative' facet that changes the way they talk.

You earn XP by chatting with characters, completing missions, and advancing in narrative arcs. When you level up, you unlock new content like facets, topics, and customization.

They are structured stories with beginning, development, and closure. Each arc is a unique adventure you can live with your character, making decisions that affect the story.

Yes. In each character's profile you'll find the option to view, edit, or delete conversation history.

We implement security measures to protect your conversations. We do not sell or share the content of your chats. You can delete your history at any time.

Go to Settings → Account → Delete account. Your data will be deleted within 30 days. This action is irreversible.
